1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Frrix (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on the waitlist and those with active accounts.

2. Description of service

Frrix is a content operations platform that provides AI-assisted content creation, editing, version management, and distribution tools for B2B teams. The platform integrates with third-party services to enable content distribution.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your login credentials with others.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at security@frrix.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree not to use Frrix to:

  • Create, distribute, or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.
  • Generate content that provides instructions for creating weapons, malware, or other harmful tools.
  • Generate content that sexualises or exploits minors in any form.
  • Generate content that constitutes targeted harassment, incitement of violence, or hate speech.
  • Generate content that is designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate readers.
  • Generate content that violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying LLM providers we use to power generation.

5. AI-generated content

Frrix uses AI models to assist in content drafting. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication.
  • We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • You retain full responsibility for any content published using the platform.

5a. AI output accuracy

Content generated by this platform is produced by AI models and may contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any generated output.

5b. Fact-checking responsibility

You must independently verify all factual claims in AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it, including but not limited to statistics, citations, names, dates, and quotes.

5c. Regulated content

If you use this platform to produce content in regulated sectors (medical, legal, financial, or similar), you must have a qualified professional review all AI-generated content before it is used for any advisory, diagnostic, or decision-making purpose.

5d. Input intellectual property

By submitting content to the platform (including text, URLs, documents, and examples), you warrant that you hold all necessary rights to that content and grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5e. No competing model training

You may not use outputs generated by this platform to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any competing AI model or system.

6. Intellectual property

Content you create using Frrix (including articles, briefs, and notes) belongs to you. You grant Frrix a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

The Frrix platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Frrix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform.

7. Third-party integrations

Frrix integrates with third-party services. By connecting an integration, you authorize Frrix to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or content of third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to those platforms' terms of service.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We will aim to provide advance notice for planned downtime where possible.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Content deletion timelines are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
